• summin that makes me mad.......
  a user was told not to bring his pc in here by another co worker, user called back and announced to me "if this doesn't work i'm putting it in a box and bringing it in" i had already had him check settings and still he could not get online....he brought in the pc and had no net related problem!....from now on i'm looking at call history!!!!!!!
• ....i even spelled out "E Z N E T" and he still was spelling it "easynet"....what's so hard to understand about "E Z N E T"? did i miss something?
• ......the user asked me if a floppy disk was "the black plasict square things?"
• .....user said "I will get a petition and get Aldephia to come in and wipe out eznet" ....
• ggrrrr.....
• ...and to top it off this user needs mac101. ggrrrr
• Dealing with -------. I vote we take his mac away and cancel his acct! (just kidding)
• --------- called with an email problem!!!!!!!! grrrrrr.he needs to learn to use that !@#$ mac before he calls and expects us to fix it! I had to teach him to close applications he had running but 40+ minutes later he was able to receive email and send me email! Jayne said "now he's gonna call back wanting to know how to write HTML" ..LOL
• most common problem: auth. email auth, new user login auth.....MAIL.......MAIL......MAIL!!!! UCKK!
• most difficult problem: wotw....... problem after problem after problem……why ……. and how/where…etc....etc....etc..... then he tried to contact me on ishell..........GGGRRRRR.......

• Today musta been "Internet 101" day, it seems every call included questions, "I'm connected, now what?"
• Various modem issues todayThe DUN devil and TCP/IP network deamon got my
  callers today!
• is it now safe to say the Aopen modems suck?
• During the checking of settings I asked user to "put the arrow on the eznet icon and right click"
  user stated "I should pick up the mouse and put it on the computer screen
  and click?" . It was all I could do not to laugh at her!!!!!!!!
• I answered the phone in my usual manner requesting the username, the caller stated "I'm not giving that information"
• Most difficult problem: Trying to trouble shoot road kill: user acasatheir lead pc got hit by a car.how often does this happen?
• .. according to user she browses with her email program
• New user jimkress said "there is no next button on the keyboard"
• Most common problem: Auth. Auth. ..and oh yeah Auth!
• Dealing with sysadmins! GGrrrrr..they don't follow directionsthey jump ahead
