  I think my neck has a permanent kink due to holding the receiver against
  my shoulder. I wonder if duct tape and straws can create a headset to use

• User was unable to reproduce the error when asked, and was EXTREMELY vague about any questions we asked.  User claims the ability to navigate, but I'm not convinced he knows what we are talking about. User also resisted our suggesteion to create a shortcut on his desktop, then claimed it had disappeared. Finally tricked the user into admitting..............

  Was going to try cleaning house …………………………………………….. when his cell phone died. Then she started changing the TCP settings, trying to kill that annoying AOL. She would not listen when I tried to explain that ………
• Most Common Problems: Win95/98 settings (assuming you didn't want to see mail problems listed here also)
• Most Difficult Problem: mail - of course.
• Max call length: 1 hour 49 minutes, Got stuck on the longest Mac call from h*** ever.
• This user could not access her email, it kept asking for her pwd. I checked all her settings, even replaced components thiking it was a TCP error. I finally discovered the problem. ANDY was still logged into her email! GRRRRR!
