Contacting engineers after-hours
--how support notifies techs of
system problems after hours and on weekends--
Each of the engineers works a one week "on call" shift,
which begins at 8am on MONDAY morning. Next MONDAY at 8am, the
next tech becomes on duty. You should ALWAYS notify the on duty
tech of system problems before ANYONE else.
The techs rotate in this order starting at 8am on the date listed
below. Any changes will be posted on the white board in support.

MONDAY morning support is
responsible for updating the white board with the name of current
on duty tech so that everyone in support knows who is on duty if
they have a problem.
If a problem needs escalation to Rick, the on-duty tech will
determine that and notify Rick as needed.
