Cant get mail
- Make sure the mail client is setup correctly.
- Make sure the mail client is the default( ie. an install of like office will change the default to outlook)
- Make sure they can navigate
- Make sure the account name is just that, not the email address.
- have them check webmail.eznet.net to make sure the box is working and to delete large or corrupt files.
- delete the profile in OE and set up a new one.
- Make sure the mail profile is set to POP3 NOT imap.
- They upgraded from netscape 3 or 4 to 4.5 and needs it totally setup again.
