Can’t get mail

  1. They are truly not connected to internet.
  2. They are truly connected to the net.
  1. Make sure the mail client is setup correctly.
  2. Make sure the mail client is the default( ie. an install of like office will change the default to outlook)
  3. Make sure they can navigate
  4. Make sure the account name is just that, not the email address.
  5. have them check webmail.eznet.net to make sure the box is working and to delete large or corrupt files.
  6. delete the profile in OE and set up a new one.
  7. Make sure the mail profile is set to POP3 NOT imap.
  8. They upgraded from netscape 3 or 4 to 4.5 and needs it totally setup again.
